We are happy to offer onboard credit for clients who book or transfer their existing Disney Cruise Line vacations to Keys to the Castle Travel. While most of your food, entertainment, leisure and other activities are included with your cruise fare, onboard credit is useful for a number of things.

Use onboard credit for: alcoholic beverages, specialty coffees, speciality desserts, premium dining, shore excursions, souvenirs, spa services and more.

Terms and Conditions

The overall cost of a Disney cruise is based on the commissionable portion of the fare only and doesn’t include taxes, gratuities, port expenses, government fees, insurance, airfare, hotel stays, transfers, shore excursions, or Adventure by Disney Add-ons. In short, we calculate your onboard credit on the same commissionable fare amount that Disney Cruise Line bases our commission on.
This offer is eligible for new Disney Cruise bookings.
Keys to the Castle Travel provides one onboard credit per reservation, which cannot be combined for multiple bookings. Should a reservation be modified prior to or after final payment, resulting in a price alteration, the onboard credit will be adjusted correspondingly. Cancellation of a cruise results in the onboard credit being voided.
Onboard credit can be used for most valid charges incurred during a Disney Cruise, including Disney-organized shore excursions, shipboard and Castaway Cay spa services, gratuities, alcoholic drinks, souvenirs, photographs, and various activities on the Disney Cruise and at Castaway Cay. It is not applicable to shore excursions arranged independently from Disney or purchases made at port.

Onboard credit is not assured for bookings made within 72 hours of departure.
Any unused onboard credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for credit or cash.
